JERSEY CITY, NJ, AUGUST 3, 2005 -- Yasminda Hall watches with her

outside their home as firefighters battle a five-alarm blaze on the

corner of Old Bergen Road and Neptune Avenue that damaged

nine buildings and left 12 families homeless.

 

 

 

JERSEY CITY, NJ, AUGUST 4, 2005 -- Firefighters look over the charred debris of a

building destroyed in the five-alarm fire. The building which was under construction

at the time of the fire would have housed five homeless families.
