On Assignment: The High Line in New York City

NEW YORK CITY, JUNE 14, 2011 — The High Line park recently opened it’s second section adding ten blocks, from W. 20th Street to W. 30th Street along Tenth Avenue, doubling its length. It’s built on what was an elevated railroad track. The first section–from Gansevoort Street to W. 20th Street–opened in 2009. Below are photos taken at the High Line starting from its north entrance at 30th Street to its south entrance at Gansevoort Street.
