BAYONNE, OCTOBER 23, 2006 --Harbor View Park at the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor

is reflected on the surface of the teardrop portion of the 9/11 memorial called,

"To The Struggle Against World Terrorism." The park is open for

the first time to the public starting today.
