Rain fell during Cherie and John’s outdoor wedding ceremony at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, N.J., on May 7, 2011, but that didn’t stop this couple from saying “I do” and enjoying the rest of their day. Besides, isn’t rain on one’s wedding day supposed to be a sign of good luck? On top of that, the bride and groom received another symbol of good fortune: a peacock which soared past them just as they shared a champagne toast. Here’s wishing more good fortune will shower them throughout their marriage. Thank you, Cherie and John, for allowing me to be part of your special day.
A kind note from Cherie:
Thank you Reena!
Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you. We just got back from the honeymoon last week and I’ve been swamped trying to put my life back together. I am so happy with the pictures!!!! I can’t thank you enough. They are absolutely breathtaking and made me feel so much better about the day. I’m so happy I have such beautiful pictures to remember the day by, instead of the memory of a monsoon /hurricane that I have in my head :-0
